Leaving Millbury Power Choice

If you do not wish to participate in the Millbury Power Choice Program, please complete the secure online form below. There are no penalties or fees associated with opting out.

If you are already enrolled in the Program: once you have opted out, your supply will revert back to National Grid Basic Service on the next available meter read date for your account. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two months for your opt out to be reflected on your National Grid bill.

If you are not currently enrolled in the Program and you are submitting this form before the opt out deadline shown on the Customer Notification Letter you received, then the electricity supplier for Millbury Power Choice will remove you from the enrollment list and you will not be enrolled in the Program. 

This form is only for leaving the Millbury Power Choice Program. If you wish to change your product choice within the Program, please use the Enroll form instead.

Please note, if you are a residential or commercial account holder, you may re-enroll in the Program at a later date with no associated re-enrollment fees, but are not guaranteed the original program rate.

Located in the Enrollment Information section in the left hand column of your National Grid bill (usually the first four letters of the last name associated with the residential account). The code is unlabeled but is listed in capital letters after the Cycle.
